In short
You have a legal right to cancel a contract which starts from the date we confirm your order has been dispatched, which is when the contract between us is formed. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of fourteen days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive the products. Days mean calendar days, including weekends and public holidays.

Where you have cancelled a contract and the products have already been delivered to you, you should return them to us as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you inform us of your right to cancel.

Where the products have already been delivered to you, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us.

If you are cancelling your order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods if the goods have already been dispatched.

Damaged goods
If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you return them to us within 14 days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products. In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
   •    Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
   •    The item must be in the original packaging.
   •    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
   •    Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through our Contact Us form and send your item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returned Items Shipping
   •    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
   •    Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
   •    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
   •    We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the return is due to a fault of ours, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Shipping and handling costs may vary depending upon the rates offered by our shipping carriers and promotions we may run. Please check our website for current shipping rates and/or any promotions we may be offering. Butter & Bubbles reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time. The shipping methods offered during checkout can differ based on your shipping address and number of items being ordered.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday within 3 business days of the order date. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

Does we ship internationally?
Currently, Butter & Bubbles does not ship orders to international addresses.

Our company is hosted on the ionos.co.uk platform. IONOS provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through IONOS’ data storage, databases and the general IONOS applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by IONOS and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
