Which payment methods do you accept.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and payments via PayPal, Stripe, Clearpay, Manual.
 

What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through the Contact Us form.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

Order processing times?
Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

Shipping options can be selected at checkout and prices are calculated based on the service you choose. 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are subject to Royal Mail's shipping timescales.

Please allow the full time period to elapse before contacting us about your order and if you have not received your order on time, please email us quoting your order number in order for us to investigate and update you with your tracking information.

What regions do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK. We are working hard to expand our shipping regions even further and hope to be able to send our products worldwide very soon! Should you wish to place an order outside of these areas, please contact us through the Contact Us form for a shipping price quote.

Which products are Vegan?
At Butter & Bubbles, we are very passionate about sourcing from reliable and trustworthy suppliers and we have spent a long time investing into only the best ingredients used for all our handmade products which are all Vegan and Cruelty free.

Our Eco Wax is also biodegradable and sustainable too.

What is the best burner to use with soy wax melts?
Electric wax warmers are a great way to slowly release our fragrances into your homes without the worry of open flames. This is a big benefit to some people who may have young children or animals around the home. Electric warmers can also double up as a lamp too, and cast a very cosy atmosphere. The scent that is released from the warmer is slow but last longer, another 2/3 times where tea light burns vapours straight away so when re-lit you won’t have that strong scent. We recommend using a standard bulb electric warmer. This means one that is heated by a bulb rather than a hot plate. The reason for this is that with a standard 40-60 watt bulb the warmer will get hot enough to release the fragrance from our wax. If a warmer has a lower wattage bulb it is likely to not release the aroma sufficiently leaving you with less of the fragrance around your home. Make the switch to a 40-60 watt bulb and you’ll be amazed at the results. 

Tea light burner that is designed for use with wax melts. Ideally this should be a minimum of 10cm tall and can be used safely with either a 4 or 8 hour tea light. Burners that are smaller than 10cm tall are called oil burners, and although they are widely used for wax melts, they are not designed for this purpose. Soy wax melts are compatible with electric burners, however you may find that you have a softer scent throw when melting this way due to the limited level of heat. All of our burners are designed for use with wax melts and are between 10-13cm tall. If you think you can see smoke coming off the melting pool, Its not smoke, it is actually the scent vapours from the fragrance oil burning off. This is completely safe and is very common. However, you may find that your wax melts lose their scent faster when you see this. We recommend switching to a taller burner or using a smaller tea light so as to preserve the scent throw for longer.

Why does my wax melt have frosting on it?
Frosting is actually a unique and natural effect of using vegetable waxes, especially soy. The wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result it begins to crystallize. It doesn't affect the scent or performance of the wax in any way and also means you know your wax melt is 100% natural. 

How to use my salt glow body scrubs and how to use correctly?
Use body scrub once or twice a week by taking a small amount and gently massage onto damp skin in circular movements. Once complete wash any excess scrub off in the shower or in a bath.

TIP
Put a small amount into damp hands, Rub together first, then apply in circular motion, start from lower part of your body and then work up, when completed,  rinse thoroughly, always dab dry your skin, For best results shower in the mornings so your body is glowing and fully moisturised for the day!

Once opened please use within three months and replace the lid when not in use. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Please never use on broken skin. Keep out of the reach of children. May leave bathtub or shower very slippery, please be careful!.

NOTE: During shipping, your scrub will harden in cold temperatures and melt in hot temperatures. That is normal. Before use, allow it to sit at room temperature for a few hours. After opening, mix scrub with a scoop or spoon before use.
